Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: March 17, 2019


The cancellation of the Scuba.Space Club Membership is possible at any moment of paid period.
If Membership has been canceled at 24 hours period since payment or prolongation and Customer didn't use any of Membership Privileges than Refund will be processed after cancellation.
Otherwise, Membership will remain active till paid period ends and after that will be stopped.


The refund is possible in 24 hours period after payment processed in case of Customer didn't use Scuba.Space Club Membership's privileges at that period.

To make a refund request, please send email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Scuba.Space Club Membership number
- Your email registered in Scuba.Space website
- A few words about the reason for refund request

Refund will be processed in 7 work days since request received.
